The software keep asking me to register, how can I do so ?

Please check your confirmation emails, it has the registration number. Once you enter the registration number, MxConverter will stop asking you to register. We strongly recommend you to keep the number safely for later use, for example when your device have to be reinstalled.

I cannot register, it says my registration number is not valid, what am I doing wrong ?

MxConverter will check the registration id against the owner name of your phone. The owner name is set in your Smartphone owner information settings. Please make sure to send us the correct owner name to get a valid registration number.

I can't download currency update from the Internet, what can I do to fix?

Please try followings:

1. If you're downloading through Active Sync pass-through connection:
   - Open Active Sync in the desktop, select Tools menu, Options then Rules tab.
   - Make sure Pass Through option is set to "The Internet"
2. Try to browse http://www.trancrative.com from Internet Explorer in the Smartphone to find if our website is available.
